Diary of a new mom, Episode 10, C-section experience
So once the stitches were completed, I was transferred to another room for observation and the nurse arrived to feed my baby, colostrum, the first milk. I was conscious and I was trying to catch the glimpses of my baby, but unable to hold him the way I had imagined. It was a bittersweet moment, a moment filled with anticipation and longing throughout the day because I was advised not to get up or place a pillow below my head

I hope the sutures have healed and have been taken away, or they may have been the dissolving ones, so they have taken care of themselves
