Yeah. I spent so much of my life worried about everybody's thoughts, everybody's judgments of my actions. First of all, as if everybody was paying attention, and second of all, as if I, as if I respected and liked everybody's actions. I really don't. There's a lot of values that don't align with mine. So why was I so worried about all, all these things? And it's good to remember. Yeah

You. Thank you. I'm really glad you enjoyed that. It's really important. You know, you were talking about being your authentic self, which absolutely is possible. But the issue with that is we all have so many authentic selves, you know, that sometimes it's difficult to choose between them. And not that you have to think, well, which 01:00 a.m.. I going to be right now?
