Why do we Celebrate?

article image placeholderUploaded by @Mommas_Jungle
And it turned out maybe cooking something, maybe cleaning something, and being surprised at how easy it was to clean or completing a project. Anything that you've done to celebrate is definitely worth celebrating. And you do a lot of those things. So take a moment right now, just one moment, that's all, and think about one thing that you did yesterday and what the implications are for that. What changed because of that one success that you did, and then what can you do today?

I like that. I think I've heard people talk about reflecting what's something that you did today that you achieved. But I like posing that question of what changed because I achieved that. I think that's kind of a nice way to notice patterns in yourself and to see what's interesting to you, what threads following. And then you can really celebrate that not only you achieved this isolated thing, but this is something that's in relation to other things, kind of like a bigger picture

@rocio

Absolutely. You're so right. When we do things that have a positive impact and it changes things in a positive direction, and like you said, they build on one another to create a bigger and even better product at the end, we can thank ourselves for that and that reward that we give ourselves and recognizing that actually drives us forward to continue. So thank you for picking up on that. I really like that. Thank you so much
