Noise—HUH! What is it good for? Definitely something!

Their studies also showed that colicky babies had a significant decrease in crying when white noise was played in 2010. Light music, which is considered pink noise, is beneficial for elder people to improve their sleep quality. Accompanied with a decline in REM, which is rapid eye movement during sleep, pink noise synchronizes the brainwave and induces brain activity to a specialized state. That's a lower complexity level, making room for relaxation and better, more solid and uninterrupted sleep

Besides being an irritant, which infects health, some noises are actually beneficial, even if you’re asleep!

Now, doctors would suggest that you don't keep any devices that are having an active signal near you because they tend to have a negative effect on your brain waves. Not sure if you've read about that but just FYI. So I would suggest to at least mitigate it little bit

@Nupz33 #Heartbeat #Airplanes #Rain Every country has sounds. Recognizing them is key.

Okay. I think that what I was talking about noise and white noise, that I was not very clear with what it is. White noise is not an absence of noise. There's different hertz. That means the pitch that the noises are at. That's what is referred to as the colors. So white noise is a conglomeration of all the distributed frequencies together. And that's what you would use to, like, block out your neighbors or something like that, that you just have a constant

Hey, thanks for clarifying that. And hey, you have a cat. Did not know that. Anyway, thank you for discerning what exactly sound does, what it is for the elaborate response, because I was not able to just. Just read it out and get it like you just told me. I caught it. Sometimes we need somebody to explain things to us. So, yeah, thank you for telling me about this, and thank you for sharing your soul cast. Bye

Oh, yeah, and she uses the bathroom on the actual toilet, so everybody's like, did you teach her to flush? I'm like, oh, no. I can't imagine what she'd be flushing if she knew. But yeah, she's a Bombay. And then I've got a border Collie Aussie mix. It's also really smart, and they are best friends. If they're separated from each other for a long time, they'll each start freaking out

I noticed that I do focus a lot when I listen to lo fi music or work office music while I am working on an art project or writing white noise. I love having white noise before I go to bed. It is very soothing and it helps me sleep. I haven't done that in in a while because I usually just have some soft music playing but white noise in general has always helped me
