I'll literally stop myself and think about the flavors that I can taste, and then I'll put them together and make food. And I make really good food. It catches me off guard when somebody says, well, what do you call this? It's really good. And I'm like, well, I don't know, because I don't want to make something up. But then again, whoever made something up named it themselves, right?
