In addition to that, I had set up with a company after it was voted in, that a team would come out and test all of the dogs in the area for their DNA samples. And it would cost $50 a person, flat fee, no recurring charges or anything. And then if we did find some, we could send it in and they could find out whose dog it was and we could find them, and hopefully the problem would cease, because that was a pretty big problem

That's really a shame. And that's their loss, unfortunately for them. I think it's beautiful that you put this energy out into the world, and if it's not landing with them, it'll land with somebody else. It'll click and it'll make sense. It's not for nothing.
