Relaxing doesn’t cost anything but a few short minutes of your valuable time. Are you worth it?
Simple meditations are a terrific way to get hold of your emotions and look at things from an outside point of view that seems mediocre, blase, vanilla. However you want to look at it, that's neutral. And when you're having these thoughts and looking at things from the outside in and you take two to three deep, deep breaths and release that air, you can do wonderful things

Hi. I wanted to respond to your swell. It's so funny because I feel like I'm in a very complex situation with that because it has kind of been ingrained in me, literally, since I was a kid, that if you are sitting down, if you're not doing anything and you're not productive, then you're lazy. And that was, you know, enforced over and over and over again growing up

I really liked this post and it really is key for a lot of people having some, I guess, a strategy and keeping their mental health good and positive, because the atmosphere and our environment has so many different things throwing at us that it's kind of. It's constantly like, your mind is in a scramble. So, like I said, in the morning is my time, and I spent a lot of time outside in the sun. I love the sun

And for those moms or people that don't think I don't have enough time, I'd like to stop and take a few breaths, but I can't find time to do it. And I don't want to get Tmi. But in the bathroom, on the toilet, there is time in there to settle down and breathe and clear your thinking with nothing around you. Of course, your phone is put away because no one uses their phone while they're on the commode. Right?

See, and the United States is more sales oriented than anywhere, and they want you to make quick decisions so that you don't make a rational decision. That's the whole gist of it. They don't want you to stop and think, because if you stop and think, chances of you not buying it are 75% higher than if you do. So that's something to keep in mind. Anyway, I really appreciate your input on this
