Hi, Mahima. So for me, whenever it comes to spirituality, what comes to my mind is calmness. It's mental peace. It's my heart beating slowly and steadily and my breath is slow and deep and I can feel my body inhaling and absorbing the oxygen and releasing the carbon dioxide and I can feel my heart beat in its own beat. And I can just be present in my own self and conscious of my own existence and my own body and my own soul

There's something metaphysically we talk about and we refer to it as heart, maybe soul, mind imprints and all of that I think, happens in a being called spirit. I am a spiritual being in this physical body having a journey. And I don't have all the answers as to why I'm here, what bigger part I'm connected to. Because when I'm in nature, I sense a bigger spirit. I sense energies at work that are different than mine
