Taken for granted 😌

And then lying on the bed, we just think of those things that why did we waste our time and why I didn't invest in working out more and focusing on my health a lot. And because once you are already admitted to the hospital or anything like that, then the doctor is not going to tell you that, oh, no, you have to focus a lot more on your health. No, it was because of your mistakes

How true. Only when we fall, we realize how good our life was before that. Until then, we feel that kochorunate. Kochoronate

I think in my personal experience, it took me one near death experience to actually come back and question my belief system, question my conditioning, question my thought process, and probably do a 180 to not really go back, but just to see what exactly I can fix and radically fixes cannot come into play because that will then shock the system and then there's going to be a lot more damage than good that comes out of it

Yes. Well, actually made me smile and I'm like, thank God. So I'm out in the morning and I'm going for a morning walk. If you know me, you would know that I'm the, I wouldn't call myself lazy because I don't think I'm lazy, but I hate any kind of physical activity. And going out for a morning walk every single day is difficult for me, even if it's a short, tiny, teeny tiny walk
