But however, when it comes to their application, it depends on the social structure which is heavily biased against women since her birth. Now, in this segment I'm going to address the first and the foremost equality part exists in our hopes. The day a girl is born, her family doesn't treat her the daughter. She is not accepted as daughter of that family. From that day itself, she becomes the daughter in law of some mother mythical family. She is treated as such

A series delving into the patriarchal social structure that forces one set of rules for men and another for women #freedom #genderequality #mydreams

Gender equality means if the person is having a lot of money or a person is having the courage to teach both of his children with a boy, a girl and he is treating them equally, then yes, there is gender equality. But if we will talk about the families which are poor, which are lower than middle classes, then they prefer to teach their boys, not the girls. So yes, gender equality is just a matter of discussion

Thank you Priya for replying. See, I would say in poor families at least, they are open about gender inequality. Yes, they send their boys to school and then they teach their girl to be a wife or a mother or whatsoever. But in middle class and upper middle class and even in the rich class, the inequality is hidden at this is where the whole drama happens. Also here it said the girl is free, but from the back door the chains are put on her
