Thank you, mira. Good evening, I'm Dr. Juteka Ladharade. I started my journey as a doctor but then I realized that English was my true passion and therefore I started teaching English to students who were appearing for American exams like GRE, GMAT and INTs. Then that was almost 16 years ago and writing was my passion right from childhood. So I used to write voluntarily for a lot of advertising agencies and used to write a lot of stories

And many who have come here have told me that they were doing this, they were doing that before they realized they want to venture seriously into their passion and invest seriously into their passion and became writers. So it's a story of, I think, more than 90% of Indian writers. Yeah, but yours is a very good one. Like, you are writing academic books also, and then you decided to look into the fiction area also

Then I also won a national rank in the All India Teaching Professionals Olympiad for English as well as I received the award for the International Teaching All MP as a top ten percentile worldwide. So these are the various awards that I have won and I just have gratitude in my mind. Thank you

So definitely check out her work. I'm sure you will find hope in that. So now, coming to the third question of the interview. See, you have told that you want to use your pen to spread light in the darkness. Or rather, you want to make your books in such a way that whenever people read it, they feel happy, they feel hopeful. Are your stories inspired from any real life incidents? Because mostly such works have some real life incidents behind them

So the inspiration advice certainly living and the day to day observations, but the characters have been completely created in an imaginary native manner. So thank you for the question

That's a great answer, ma'am. What I would like to tell that you have a great observation then you have observed the life around you, especially as you rightly said. I have also seen kids coming to sell them, as when I'm traveling in my baker. Sometimes I buy, but beyond buying, I may not think much about them, or some people don't even care about them. But you have cared. You have tried to give a perspective to the reader what these kids undergo

One kind of writing is what appeals to the audience, kind of love stories, kind of light reads. And then the second kind of writing which is more emotive, more moving, more emotionally churning, trying to force a message or trying to penetrate a reader's mind

We need to understand pen is mightier than sword, it can make or break. So use your pen to make something, to bring about transformation, to make people think about something. And yes, if not today, tomorrow your writings will reach a larger audience. Thank you Jyotikam for being with us and it has been a very interesting session and I'm sure my listeners would also have enjoyed this welcome. And listeners out there do check out her books and you will definitely get hope and motivation from those
