AIDS more than a disease its a social stigma

article image placeholderUploaded by @mira.gopal
So this AIDS day, let us understand that to eliminate AIDS from the society, we first need to eliminate the stigma associated with it so that people don't hide the disease. People are open about it so that they can get the treatment and they can live a proper social life till they are in this world. AIDS doesn't spread through handshake. It doesn't spread through sharing utensils. Neither does it share if you sit in the same classroom. So stop prejudice against aid stations

So I guess, yes, it's stigmatized from the beginning and to remove that, we need to work really hard. So, yeah, I'm happy that someone spoke about this because it's very rare that people do and they keep on facing that. So, yeah, it's great someone to be initiative. Thank you for speaking up and thank you for being your true self in this term of prospects

See, my whole point of this, well, was the more stigmatized, the more people hide. And the more people hide, the chances of the disease spreading is more transparency helps to curb the spread. But if transparency has to come, social inclusiveness also has to come. Prejudices and perception or moral judgment has to go. I know it's a tall order, it's not easy, or it will happen in one day

Right. You're not able to lead a better life because the reason is you think constantly you are being judged by people and people don't respond the way they should in the first place. So I guess yes and yes, let's not make it a big deal. But selfawareness is the key for every challenge that you face across, right?
