Hi. Welcome to Swell. Thanks for sharing this. I was curious how you got into facilitating Retreats and how many have you facilitated? I just had my first Retreat facilitated my first Retreat this summer with a couple of my friends, and it was an amazing experience, and I can't wait to host another one. But, yeah, thanks for sharing this on here. Also. Are you based in Costa Rica?

I live in the DMV areas like DC and my cohost Tasia, she lives in California and I was actually just in Costa Rica for a retreat back in April and I went to Peru for my own spirituality healing experience back in January and I did one in Orlando a few years ago. I also grew up going to retreats. That was through my church and stuff back then. So now it's more spirituality based. But that's exciting. I would love to hear more about your retreats as well
