So I know for me it's having a day of awareness and trying to live in the spirit every day for me, meaning basically just trying to be aware of the emotions around me constantly. That's kind of a lot of my job and what I do and serving others and I listen to a lot of others aches and pains and sitting with him at the edge of the bed and believers and non believers
