I am thankful now, but did not like it when my teacher used to say this...
This isn't just happening. Like, I chose this journey, and it's a wild one, but, yeah, I'm thankful now, but I did not like it when my teacher said I was a terrible writer. I wonder what she's doing now. I wonder if she's still alive. I know that's a little morbid, but she was a little older when I was super little, so who knows? But I'm grateful for her

This is such a good example of this. I can remember something similar in my life as well. You should 100% try and reach out if they're still around. I feel like that would be amazing for them. I feel like it's always exciting to hear from students who have flown the coop and are thriving. And it would be fun for you as well. I think it'd be awesome. And you should report back. But yeah, thank you for sharing as always
