That was so sweet. I've never heard a guided meditation for children. This is really lovely. I'm going to pass it on to parents that I know. This is so lovely. Thank you for sharing

I tend to do them a lot with my students because it really does help all of us and our brains to sort of calm down and quiet for a moment, as I'm sure you probably are already very aware. But thank you so much for your feedback. I really appreciate it
