#TellYourStory | I learned to laugh at myself when...

So whenever I'm out in public and I do something silk or embarrass myself, I find myself trying to remove myself from the environment as quickly as possible and be as far removed from the incident as I can so that I can go and recoup and bring down my, I don't know, anxiety levels from the incident. But, yeah, I'm good at laughing at myself at home, but not so good at laughing at myself when I do something silly or embarrassing in public

I hear you. I have the same issue. I feel like slowly I'm getting better at it, but, yeah, there's certain moments where I'm like, oh, I wish the earth would swallow me, get me out of here. But I think it's kind of exposure therapy or practice when something like that happens to. To try and stick it out
