Hi, Melon. First of all, welcome on. Swell. Even though I haven't tried tofu, but I would say the most unusual thing which I have eaten is sushi. And I somehow did not really like it. Maybe I did not have the right kind of sushi, but I always wanted to try it because of how aesthetic it looked, but it did not turn out well. While tofu I have had in cooked form, I tasted a lot like paneer
