Its okay to feel low at times! But more important it js to speak up!!!

And I feel that not only we as adults face these issues of feeling depressed. Depressed is a very big word. So feeling down, feeling sad, feeling ignored, or you feel you're missing out of action, but even the children at the same point of time I have a teenager, I have a son who's just turned 13 actually. And when kids are small, you feel that they do share a lot with you, but it's not that way

Because bottling things up is definitely, definitely not the right way to go, because that's what affects our mental health to the greatest extent, I guess, because a lot of people just think that if I don't talk about something, something is going on in their life. And they think, if I don't talk about it, it doesn't exist. If I don't acknowledge it, it doesn't exist. But it's not like that
