What is the response to- How are you? How do you do?

Hello, everyone. So a question for today is that how do you respond when people ask you how are you? Or how do you do? How are you doing today? What's your response? Usually because whenever someone asks me something like this, I say I'm doing good, but am I doing good?

So I'll just say, like, my heart is not doing good. And if I am feeling good, then I'll just say that I'm all good. I am on a high vibe. So, yeah, when someone asks us, how are you actually feeling? I think just randomly saying that I am feeling okay or I am feeling this and that we should first be observing, offer energy. And I think that's a more conscious way to respond to it. Yeah

You. Hey, sir. We thank you so much for your response, and I totally agree with you that we need to understand our mindset at that point. And actually, when someone asks us how you're doing, I think we need to take a minute to actually look into ourself and be and think of how we are actually doing and then respond, because everybody responds saying, I am good. I am well, I am amazing. I'm awesome. I'm okay care

Hi, Meenakshi. How are you? When I am asked that question, to be frank, I often suppress my real feeling. And even if I am feeling not too good, I would say I am fine. In one sense it is good because you need an spill over your negatives to others and you would like to project a positive image, a positive feeling which itself is contagious and it could heal even what you are going through. I'm not sure you would agree with this response

Hi, Pratib. Good morning. That's a different that's actually a nice response. And I think you are right in a way, because why trouble the other person to ask what happened? Or why are you not feeling fine? Because this question is often asked to ask by people who are like colleagues or acquaintances or just casual friends or people we meet in day to day life and not friends and family
