What differentiates a good and a bad day is our neurophysiological state. What does that mean? That means that if you are in a state of confidence, love, inner strength, joy, ecstasy, belief, positive self belief, then there is a high possibility that your day will will go good, irrespective of what you experience during the day. On the other side, if you are experiencing the states of confusion, depression, fear, anxiety, sadness or frustration, these states leaves you powerless

No state is permanent, neither happiness nor sadness. So if there's a low, there's a high lurking in the corner. And that's what really keeps me going. So, yeah, I guess it's all in our state of mind. And with the power of our mind, we can actually turn the most terrible situations maybe into something really beautiful

And finally, the ultimate idea is to reach a place wherein we are consciously being able to select the states that we want to stay in, live in and manage those on our own. How can I make things better, you know? And that actually helped me, because when you're actually acknowledging and trying to feel all the emotions, then they surpass even faster than you think. Because, like, even if you try to avoid it, you know, it keeps coming back until you face him, right? Like, if you avoid fear, let's say it'll keep coming back through situations and everything, and you will have to face it one day

Because you have created space in your mind for other emotions. So it'll be easier for you to be positive and be happy once you have processed the previous emotions that were stopping you from truly being happy, let's say so, yeah

So, yes, it's important to be with our feelings, to understand them. At the same time, it is also important to understand that how can we ultimately reach a stage wherein we are able to select the feelings that we want to feel? I think that is the total freedom. That is the space wherein you start operating at your full potential. It's a journey, and I'm happy that we are all on it together. Thank you for your contribution
