Hey, this is really cool information. You're definitely knowledge, and I'm not as knowledge as you are. But I do know that digestion starts in the mouth. A good mentor of mine taught me that how it's important to chew 30 to 50 times, I believe, is what he would tell me. To masticate, to chew your food 30 to 50 times before you swallow it. And it helps, actually, the gut. A lot of people have really irritable guts
