Insomnia

I try writing everything down so that way my mind can go blank. So that way I can go back to sleep. But for some reason it's not working. And it seems like I just want to stay up. I have a lot of energy and for some reason I just sometimes want to sleep. But my insomnia is just kicking my b***. I'm not sure what else I could do

And then after that ended, it got worse. So it's more common now. One of the things that I found helps me, especially when my brain won't shut off, is that there's something the best way I can put it is it feels like there's something trapped in there that I have to get out

I want to say thank you. I appreciate that. Yeah, sometimes my legs be so restless where I just have to get up and start moving around. The nights are just horrible. Before, I was getting beautiful sleep, and I was feeling rest, like I was rest, well rested. And now I just toss and turn throughout the night. And then I'll sleep, like, 2 hours, and then I'm up the rest of the day
