Sunday Slow-Down

Yeah, I look forward to doing this well, because eventually I want to get into creating a little Sunday slowdown virtual gathering. But I think this is a great place to start and just give something in service for Sundays. Anyhow, wherever you're at, take a moment to either come to a comfortable seat or all the way onto your back. If you really want to relax into this moment. If you're in a seat, feel your sit bones ground down into the floor or the earth below

Hi Ro. Wow. I am really happy to hear that. Thank you for sharing. It's funny because it was just, you know, a moment of sitting on the grass and doing it for myself and then realizing why not share it even though it was quick and short and simple. So it's good to hear that something quick and short and simple can still be appreciated because sometimes that's all we need and sometimes that's all we have time for. I so thank you

And then just last week, I was leading a yoga class and had someone take a deep exhale and it just came out of my mouth and I was like, oh, wow. Yeah, that's great. I should use that more. So thanks for sharing your experience with that in particular. And I'll definitely tag you with future opportunities like this. Have a good day. Bye. See

It's just like when you notice yourself getting in a moment of sped up thoughts or sped up nervous system, whatever it may be, you can just take those sides and those graphs from wherever you're at. And however short or long every time you have breath is a great tool. And I'll keep tagging you in this Thanksgiving reaching out. See ya
