So let me back up a bit. So let me cover taxation, because that's definitely something that is very significant, of course, with Dubai, and that is something that's also changing. So for many years, it's been zero personally. And for companies that is changing, it's changed to 9% for local companies doing business locally, but it's still 0% for corporate tax for free zone based companies

Next door, pretty much to Dubai Marina is Palm du Mark, which is what you can the frogs, the amazing island that is created on the water. And that is largely villas. A lot of villas there. There's some apartments along the main trunk, but it can be a bit difficult to get in and out of. It looks like it's not that big, but when you drive it, it's actually absolutely huge. Then there's also Dubai, downtown and Business Bay

And, yeah, I'd recommend Dubai on the whole, but there are some nuances to it and there are some hidden challenges, namely noise and air quality. See you soon
