De-addiction. I have been a smoker for a few years now. Started off as a few puffs just for un and that eventually grew to become a problem.

And I just knew that this is something that I have to let go because, well, I'm addicted now, so I'm going to so I thought, what better way to share my journey than to a podcast and maybe have a few other people listen to me and share their experiences of how it has been. Trying to quit, I think I tried quitting about a month ago. I did good. I did really good for the first 15 days

It kind of is always at the back of my mind. You have your withdrawal symptoms and there are other constitutional symptoms that actually make you think about that. Even though when you're trying really hard to not I mean, it is not something that it's not jimming or it's not walking on a park. I have been doing this thing for the last ten years and I think there has to be some level of consciousness associated with it to actually let it go. But I really respect your thought
