It's so lovely to talk with people on the different topics or the topics which the two people feel comfortable over to talk. And yes, talking is something which really makes you feel good and helps you to feel easy while sharing your, you know, whatever you will to share

And this sort of a responsiveness comes by exercising a meditative state of mind not exercising, rather by developing a calm and a meditative state of mind which will help you cope with varying situations and respond effectively and in a manner that doesn't cause stress. Right? So for me it has been yoga and meditation and definitely I have seen a lot of change in my life because effect

I am right now numb because I had upheaval of emotions a few days back and I'm not thinking about it. Trust me, I'm not the overthinker kind of person. But I am blocked. I mean, I want to like I'm a student and I'm unable to study because I just don't know why. It's just not happening

There are lifethreatening situations and there are tasks at hand to be accomplished, but the body, I think, can handle it only for the small duration of time. And once the situation is over, I feel that life should return to normal. So then it should be a conscious decision on the part of an individual. I feel to pulsate back to the normalcy of things so that you don't feel the negative impact of being in stress and therefore being in a survival mode

So I feel acknowledging and accepting whatever is going on in your life helps you walk halfway through and you're closer to the destination. And the destination for each one of us, I think, is peace and love. And you also always need to remember that you are bigger than your problems. So the bigger you feel you are, the problem becomes very, very minute and minuscule. I think that's a great way of handling whatever comes to you in your life
