Actually when I tell them that in fact, even my mother, that, oh my God, I'm having a problem with my with the nightmare, everybody just ignores it, even my mother. Because I'm talking about this today right now. Why I'm talking about this today is because oh my God, I'm fumbling like h***. Because I had one just yesterday and I'm unable to forget it

So that is also one beautiful way you could follow before you go to bed. Try doing yoga nidra. I'm sharing a link here to one of those. And also, any kind of meditation before you go to bed, which can relax your mind, would be advisable because it puts your mind in a positive state, right? And what you feed the mind is what the mind throws back at you also
