We still deserve leaves because it is our necessity, it is our right. The pain that women go through, men don't have an idea of, but they at least can show some respect towards it. However, as far as Supreme Court's decision is concerned, what I feel is that it is simply lack of empathy. The decision was driven by lack of empathy and we need to talk about that decision as well. The Court needs to rethink its decision

I don't think there is a consensus where women because I've come across many women who said, why should it be such a big deal? It is not a big deal and it only kind of reeks of a special treatment. We don't need a special treatment. We are equal to men and we can perform function to the best of our ability even during those days. And so one need not make it so obvious. And there is a risk. Of it being misleveraged as well
