Therapy

article image placeholderUploaded by @manjotkaur3
Hello, swell people. I'm back after a long, long time. I was really, really mentally and well. There were many stressful situations going on, and honestly, I didn't know how to cope up with them, so I just went into isolation. I know this shouldn't be the way to deal with things, and I really want you to hear from I really want to hear from you people. How do I cope up with stressful situations?

Hello. Manjot take great care. Last time I had shared a link with you for yoga, Nidra, I think meditation is the answer. You will have to try and go inward when this happens. And it may seem difficult, but it isn't really. So try that out. It has helped me a lot. Pranayam and moving towards yoga and then moving towards a meditative state of mind. Take care. And that picture is very I don't know, very nostalgic for me

You're not the same person you were yesterday. Personally, I am also going through a lot of stuff and I was looking for a therapy and I simply couldn't find the right person. And I feel that expressing over here helps me more than going to a stranger and paying them thousands of bucks and coming back feeling worse. So try to indulge more in creative things and love yourself, take care of yourself. Somewhere you might feel that there is something missing and there can be multiple things

Hey, manjot, I'm so sorry to hear what you've been going through. It sounds very difficult, and I'm just sending you a lot of care and good wishes your way. And honestly, because I am a psychologist, I might be biased, but I truly feel like therapy is the way to go. I mean, yes, there might be a support system, there might be friends who can help, there might be people on swell who can be supportive and help you
