What makes you proud to be an Indian?

article image placeholderUploaded by @Manalika
Well, I won't present India as a utopian nation without any flaws and negative aspects. I'll simply present my perception through my experiences in India. While people find various policies of our committee unfair, they get the chance to voice their opinions regarding it through freedom of speech. I have seen people fight over religious matters, but I've also seen my Muslim neighbors enjoy Hindu festivals with me. I have seen a Muslim mother dress up his son as Lord Krishna for fancy Das competition

India- a SWOT Analysis

If we don't learn how to quickly adapt to change, we may be left behind other countries in this rapidly advancing world. Talking of opportunities, India is filled with opportunities. The more than 1.3 billion population of India is an asset. If we can ensure that our population is educated and is trained well enough, this huge population can go and conquer the world for us. India is already attracting a lot of investments. The stock markets are at an all time high

Yes, I absolutely agree with your statement. I mean, I don't think you'll find this type of different cultures and your variations based on ethnicities and cultural background and religious background and all that anywhere else is other than India. But as you mentioned, that an Indian we usually don't like to change. I mean, we just want to stay within our bubble. So that's the thing that we need to change. Other thing that, as you mentioned, an Indian is attracting many investors

Yes you are right Manalika. We always write in a class about the Republic, the independence day, and we feel like so much proud to be an Indian, but it is actually just formality that we do. Like if we really feel proud to be an Indian, we must feel it just by our heart

So for me, what makes me proud to be an Indian citizen is the way India has shaped up as a whole country from the past and from present now. And we can see diverse culture in our country. That is the main reason because of which countries world widely loved by every other nation every other nation recognizes India as a diverse culture country in which you see different types of religions and types of cultures and maybe or cultural activities related to that

Yes, exactly. And I also think that our education system and our educational institutions and our teachers, most of our teachers I won't say every teacher because so I met some of my teachers and they are kind of amazing. And their teaching method is also them. But most of our teachers, they kind of slack off. We say that teaching is a Noble profession, but for them, it's just a job

And for most of us, even most of us thought that Rajasthan is just filled with sand, it's filled with deserts and nothing else. But when you go to Rajasthan, you understand that it's so beautiful, it's so splendid, it's filled with culture, it's filled with beauty. And then you understand that. Yeah. Why did I think about it? Why did I think that it's just a desert? No, it's is not
