How do you cope with distress?

Because if you don't do that, if you will keep on suppressing your emotions, chances are these emotions may pile up and then all of a sudden you'll suddenly burst, burst, as in your emotions would suddenly burst and will suddenly feel very vulnerable, very emotional and very broken, very lonely. Right. So you should at least like for once or twice if you feel like crying, you should definitely cry

So everyone should have a person with whom we can share our feelings, with whom we can share our emotions because it helps us build stronger relationships with people that we care about if we share our thoughts and feelings with them, such as, I really like spending time with my friends. We also need to listen to the other person's feeling. So then only it would be helpful for me as well as the opposite person to cope up with distress. And that's all
