All right, sir, so let's start with the interview. So sir, my first question is related to your professional life. So, sir, being featured in the elite list of 50 marketing marvels as India's best marketing and communications professional is like a very remarkable achievement. Right? So what advice do you have for the aspiring marketing professionals who are looking to make a significant impact in their careers?

Three, and most importantly, embrace the data. Make decisions based on data. Always have data at your fingertips. And always remember, impact comes from a combination of knowledge, creativity, and distance. Keep pushing boundaries and don't be afraid to take any calculated risk. That's my advice to all the marketing folks out there

Yes, sir, I absolutely agree with your inspiring words. Plus, I believe that when we talk about curiosity, it is not only limited to one particular profession. Right? So curiosity is valid everywhere. Everyone should be curious because curiosity leads to innovation and creativity. So, sir, talking about creativity, my next question for you would be how do you balance the creative process of writing novels with the strategic thinking in your marketing leadership roles?

@Manalika

Well, that's an interesting question actually. Thanks for asking that, Manalika. Well, to manage both, I maintain very clear boundaries between creative and strategic tasks, ensuring each gets the dedicated focus it requires. Yet actually, I find that skills from both realms complement each other. The creative the creativity in storytelling enriches my marketing strategies with compelling narratives and pr narratives, while strategic thinking from marketing helps structure my writing process and understand my audience better

And that moment left a very incredible mark on my soul. That's what inspired me to write that girl. I thought, if that girl is there today. And the funny thing is, I don't even know, or I don't remember who that girl was. And she was a small little girl trying to wake up her father, who's no more, right? So then I was thinking, like, what would be her life today?

You. Thank you, Manalika, for those encouraging words. And the book is actually available across 100 plus stores in India. It's also available in airports, in most of the major airports in India, it's available, it's available on Amazon and multiple platforms. Well, coming back to the book, I would say, you know, it basically conveys that while true love is profoundly enriching, it often requires compromises, understanding and sometimes hard decisions that test the strength and depth of our connections
