Hey there, I completely agree with your point of view. And I can completely understand, Das to why you felt the need to say this, because quite a lot of times what happens is that when we hear such grave words used in very common language, then it sort of trivializes the concept

For me, it was spot on because there are a lot of people I think they'll agree to my way you said Das. No, because many people really need it. Like they have to really need to understand the difference between the actual theme seeing versus these kind of symptoms. So, yeah, thanks for question. That's pretty much it for my side

So yeah, it's imperative that we should be healthy mentally because what's in our mind is reflected on our faces and in our behavior with our behavior and our daily going on in our life is easier when we are happy inside. And yeah, I also have OCD, very mild OCD. And I think I do have some other mental illnesses. One of them is of course depression and anxiety
