So many of them in place, and but a few in that race making their way down. Down. I love the rain similar to the way I love the moon and the knowing of wherever I am, I'm not alone. It isn't so new. It feels new every time. The joy, the love, the acceptance, the unknown, the familiarity of that unknown and the deep knowing within all of it. It's just powerful
Hey, I love this poem. Definitely took me into the sensation of rain and the remembering that we can slow down. That's been my big lesson over the last couple of weeks, is just slowing down. Remembering that I am allowed to slow down. I have permission to slow down. And I hear you on that race to get caught up in just being that worked up state of nervous system is a wreck. Got to get everything done under the gun mentality
