Celebration of life
And on and on. So the neighborhood, everywhere this woman touched, everywhere she has the footprint. People knew her, became friends of her. And it was so emotional. There were tears, even though the funeral was already happened weeks ago. But people still get so emotional. And myself, even not knowing the person, I couldn't help not to be more emotional about living there

I want people to actually celebrate my life because my life was worth celebrating, and I don't want them to have to lie. And so that's one thing that I think about now. The other thing, I think about the family. And I pray for the family, because anytime a loved one dies, there is a void that's left there because that person is no longer physically with us, so we can't interact with them as we normally would. And so that does leave a void

But I'm just thinking, like, this is your chance to say how much this person meant to you. This is your chance to share a story with their family that they may not know, and people just, like, they shrink back. Even with my brother, his was more planned out. So as a family, as we planned his funeral, the pastor was like, well, we needed, like, three people to give remarks, and nobody gave remarks but me

I speak about it differently than the way you put it, clearly, very beautifully, that you would like someone to express whatever he or she feels about you when you are still alive, because you're the subject. So they need to say to you why you can hear it. It's not waiting until you fall. Then they will come to say something, even a lie. Some people, I'm not doubting their sincerity, but sometimes they may not 100% mean what they said
