And although I'm going to give my fitness friends passes on having to watch my makeup lives, I really want to encourage all of my makeup friends to head on over to Instagram and watch some of my fitness lives because I will be doing modified workouts for people with injuries like me. Or if you're a senior or deconditioned like me, then you may want to just go ahead and follow my journey because hopefully you'll be able to see me get stronger and stronger as time goes by
