Talking about periods with boys — how easy is it?
This is one step towards talking to the taboo out of menstruation because to achieve gender equality on this issue girls need to feel able to talk about their periods and challenge the discrimination that is associated with menstruation and developing girls'bodies and boy can play a big role in this if they also get the right support and resources

And yet do normal calls, like going to the office, driving, being a helping hand, like doing normal, like studying PT exam. So that just shows how much stronger you are and how much courage and patience you have. To be honest. Obviously they went through some mood swings and intra periods, may harmonic changes and so forth. And I really don't know why it is considered such a taboo subject. It is a very normal thing. And every person goes through this
And when my mother saw it, then she asked, what is this? If not to be very honest, yes means it's a topic. Yes. I also agree with this and it's so common. Nothing harsh. Nothing is shame in this

See the people how the thing is they want to hide this thing. But this is not something to be hided. Everything has to be dealt with the practical mindset because it's reality. It's natural to be honest with you. Period is not like that. Period is the same as breathing. Everyone breathes. There are problems with breathing too. We share them. And period is also a natural process that's happening only inside the female body. But it's there and it has to be respected
