I took out the cars, I took out the figuring candles and I lit it up and I received what I wanted. I was very adamant about this spell not just being about some external energy. I wasn't coming at this spell from that perspective. I was coming at this spell from the perspective of what I see in my reality as a reflection of my inner reality

It was effective. It is effective. And there's this line about, I think, birds before land. And that feeling was my birds before land, if you haven't heard of that expression. It's used a lot in the law of assumption, law of attraction, community, in which if you're wanting to manifest something, sometimes the exact thing that you're wanting to manifest doesn't come for you immediately.
