Loneliness and being alone, both of them are certainly different things which we misunderstand to be one. The thing is, when we say that we are alone, it doesn't mean that that we are disturbed by the fact that we are alone. We are doing whatever we are doing only with ourselves. There is no one around, we don't have any other any second party around us. And we are okay with that fact. That is the time when you accept yourself and you enjoy your own company
