Be Kind To Yourself

However, for you, don't forget to be your own cheerleader when nobody else is cheering for you, rooting for you, or standing in a corner for you. Remember, you really don't need anything outside of you. Once you can do that for yourself, then you'll start attracting people that will do those same things for you. But yeah, this is Madam Moon reminding you to just be kind to you. You deserve it

So I think your daily practice of saying kind things to yourself in the mirror can be really helpful, and I will try to do that this week and report back. Yeah, I've definitely had thoughts when I kind of assess over pleasing other people or trying to make other people feel good and doing a lot of things that are depleting me, I guess. I'm like, Oh, I can just do those things for me as well, like thinking about me

To release the shame or any guilt that you might be facing when you're trying to do these metal exercises. The most important thing is to master being kind to yourself. Okay? So keep me posted. This is not Adamone. And I'll be rooting for you
