And you walk in and there is no one that looks remotely relatable to you. So you're ready, like anxious. You already know that car dealerships have a bad reputation, right? So now you're the only woman there. All you see is all these dudes. It's like piranhas, right?
I'm a man of color and my philosophy is you promote the best people for the job. It doesn't matter the skin color. When you start promoting people because of their skin color, it creates problems. I don't know about you, but if there's affirmative action and they jump of someone ahead of someone who would say white, but the white person is more qualified to be a doctor, well, who do I want to operate on me when it comes time for a major surgery?
