Okay should never ever rely upon someone's opinions or validation to feel happy, to feel good, and to be on top of the world. You are the best and I don't think so. Okay, people should seek other validation, apology, or anything like that

Earlier, I used to think a lot about what others people opinions are towards me. If I try to come forward and do something and, you know, because of this, I have lost a number of opportunities which I think was, is not worth it. Thank you, Palak, for your beautiful opinion about validation matters or not. And the way you explain that you were also in a phase of time. That how validation was important for you. But now you have overcome that and you're in a good place and you're giving great suggestions. It's just amazing to listen. And yeah, let's keep on having a friend was amazing talking to you
Answer to your question and what I personally think is like you guys said, the validation is not that important when you reach to a certain level or position in your life. After some when you reach to some position, it became very regular to you. You can easily neglect or ignore otherwise other people's criticism or positive or negative responses. So that's what I think. Then good luck

Why? Because like any human, we want to be supported, loved and valued. Basically. When is it bad? When you are basing your feelings off to others, you are seeking validation from others to know what you are doing or what you are thinking is okay. This makes you dependent on others and makes you put way too much weight on others
