Sound sleep is important basically because the more we sleep nicely the more our top brain is released and that's going to be the happy feeling hormone and why sleep makes your body happy because it releases stress. You escape from the outer hectic and treacherous wall that's just putting pressure on you and if you're having sound sleep then you're going to give your best at your work, at your personal life and your social life as well
