And before winding up, make sure you don't have a lot of load on the Monday morning, at least until 11:00 a.m.. You're free to do whatever follow ups or whatever work you have to be doing for the week. And apart from this, wake up early, go for a walk, a jog, exercise, stay active and plan your week ahead accordingly. So yeah, I think that's about it

So yeah, I don't know whether this happens to anyone else. Like I said, some of my friends did relate, so I guess it happens to them too. But I wish there was an explanation behind this because it just doesn't it just doesn't make any sense. At least now it doesn't. Maybe if I had any answer to why I feel what I feel, then probably things would I would at least be able to accept that. Okay. This is it. So yeah
