So with that being said, I want to encourage you to practice simply forgiving. Whether it's forgiving a family member, a friend, a loved one, even forgiving yourself, I know all too well that forgiveness is powerful. It's powerful and also healing and promotes growth at the same time. So let go. Let go of the anger and bitterness that's holding you back. Choose to embrace, to forgive. Choose life. Choose joy. Choose peace. Release all negativity and let it go
And at the end of the day, we need to minimize the amount of hurt we experience because the world is here to test us and try us and throw challenges our way as it, you know, and that's just gonna happen. We don't need to do it to ourselves. So thank you again for your inspirational swell and I'm wishing you all the best

Hi, love pebbles. Becky here from visions, expression. And I just listened to your peace on forgiveness. And it truly did release much peace. Yes, we do have to come to that place within ourselves to forgive ourselves, to release those things that we have held onto through the years, those things that we have justified through the tears, those places of hurt, those places of betrayal, those places of wounding

Thank you. I appreciate that. I feel that's my walk and journey in life, to be a messenger, sent forth inspiration and forgiveness is such a powerful thing. It brings forth healing in so many different ways for ourselves, for others. And Christ is the greatest example of that. I just wanted to share a little bit, but thank you again. I appreciate it. Best wishes to you as well and everything and all that you do. Continue to give the gift of giving

Hi Becky, thank you so much for applying to my post. I appreciate you and your posts are so amazing as well. I haven't been on in a while. However, I have been just meditating. I've been doing some detoxing and taking care of me and self care
