So trauma is not really very different. It's not person specific. These are some symptoms when we observe in somebody, we should know that this person has to heal from their past trauma. And so we should help them reach the right guidance, reach the right people, reach the right professionals to get help, because it can impact them physically, mentally, emotionally, and in their day to day life in general
