I've always wanted to be someone who practices yoga daily but for whatever reasons I haven't been able to incorporate it in my schedule and that has been a persistent problem. But I think with more and more of such swells I am really considering once again giving it a try, once again starting yoga and actually will try my best dedicatedly to stick to it

That is where yoga comes in handy, because it creates a more karma, it creates a more easier conducive path, transformative path, so to speak, for personal growth. And honestly, I think when we talk about limitations, when we talk about, you know, I am not able to do this. I don't think I'll be able to, you know, get through this. Trust you, me. It's practice over time, right?
