And when you are mentally stressed out, you actually show that in your emotions, the way you behave, the way you do the things everywhere, and it reflects in each and everything that you do. And it's very important on how do you manage it. And I always believe mindfulness, especially meditation, yoga, these kind of things, will help you out in managing the stress in the best possible way
