Hi love. Live learn. I absolutely agree with you. Screen time has a lot to do with mental wellness and the steps that you talked about how we can actually indulge with the youth in discussing about the digital things and then support them by limiting the screen time and all. I do agree that these things will actually help us to make sure the mental wellness is maintained and this is very crucial right now with increasing digital era
